The parish council member self-evaluation (Long Form) is designed to be utilized as part of a strategic planning process when governance is examined or prior to a parish council retreat when the results are discussed and various avenues of action are explored. It might also be used near the end of the year before elections when parish council member should self-evaluate their performance as an elected and visible leader of the community.
